Fulton Duties ordinance (§ 2-252)

The planning and code enforcement officer shall be responsible for the issuance of all permits and inspections involved in community planning, zoning and development and the construction of sewer and water services, sidewalks, curb cuts, street cuts and buildings. The planning and code enforcement officer shall review all building plans and construction thereof under the provisions of the electrical, plumbing and building codes of the city and inspect all premises, including structures and appurtenances thereon, for safety features.
