Fulton Temporary clerk ordinance (§ 2-239)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
Whenever for any reason the city clerk is unable in person or by an assistant to perform the duties of the office, the director of administration may appoint a temporary clerk, who shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the regular clerk.
