Fulton Filling temporary vacancy in office of city attorney ordinance (§ 2-223)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
In case of sickness, absence from the city or other temporary disability or inability of the city attorney to perform the duties of his office, then the mayor shall appoint some competent attorney to act as city attorney pending such temporary disability. The person so appointed shall possess the same power and receive the same compensation as the city attorney.
