Fulton Compensation ordinance (§ 2-222)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
(a) City attorney. The compensation of the elected city attorney shall be a sum per month as established by the city council from time to time.
(b) City counselor. The compensation of the appointed city counselor (if any) shall be established by agreement between the appointing authority and the attorney or law firm involved at a specific rate per hour, which agreement shall be reported from time to time by the mayor and city council.
