Fulton City attorney—Selection ordinance (§ 2-216)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
At the first election following the adoption of the City Charter and biannually thereafter, the qualified voters of the city shall elect a city attorney, who shall hold office for two years and until his/her successor is elected and qualified.
