Fulton Functions ordinance (§ 2-201)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees

The director of administration shall be the chief operating officer of the city government, shall enforce the laws of the city and require the faithful performance of all administrative duties. He may serve as the head of any department other than the legal department.
