Fulton Deputy mayor's duties in temporary absence or disability of mayor ordinance (§ 2-187)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees

Should the mayor be absent or unable to perform the duties of his office for a period of 30 days or more, the deputy mayor shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the office until the mayor shall return and shall receive the same compensation as the mayor.
