Fulton Contracts—Authorization ordinance (§ 2-2)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article I. In General
(a) Whenever it is deemed necessary for the city to enter into any contract with any person, the city council may by ordinance or resolution instruct the mayor and city clerk to enter into any such contract on behalf of the city.
(b) Such ordinance shall state the names of parties to such contract to be made and entered into and the general terms and the consideration thereof.
