Fulton Salaries ordinance (§ 2-156)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
The council shall fix by ordinance as far as practicable the compensation of all officers and regular employees of the city; provided, however, that the salary of an officer shall not be changed during the time for which he was elected, appointed or employed.
