Fulton Duties and responsibilities of city engineer ordinance (§ 2-132)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article III. Departments
(a) The city engineer shall have supervisory responsibility for all personnel of the public works department.
(b) The city engineer shall make such rules and regulations as he deems necessary governing the relation of the various departments under his supervision with other departments and agencies of the city.
(c) Construction and maintenance work shall be conducted as necessary to the effective operation of the city.
