Fulton Same—Personal debt of owner ordinance (§ 18-7)
Chapter 18: Buildings and Building Regulations · Article I. In General
If a building or structure is damaged by fire, explosion, or other casualty loss, and if an order is issued by the planning and code enforcement officer requiring the repair, demolition, or removal of the building, and if a special tax bill or assessment is issued against the property, it shall be a personal debt of the property owner.
