Fulton Operating permit required; issuance ordinance (§ 18-204)

Every person owning, operating or maintaining a swimming pool, other than a family pool, shall be required to hold an unrevoked operating permit from the building inspector, such permit to be issued annually upon application and after certification by the building inspector to the effect that all requirements of this article and this Code regarding safety and sanitation have been complied with. If the application is denied, the applicant shall have the right of appeal to the city council.
