The fire prevention code adopted by this article is amended as follows:

Section F 101.1. Insert: City of Fulton

Section F 109.4 Insert: Misdemeanor, $500, 90

Section F 111.4 Insert: $250, $500

Section 1103.5.3 Insert: If applicable, prior to occupancy.
