Chapter 18: Buildings and Building Regulations · Article IX. Fire Prevention Code
When the following words and phrases are used in the fire code adopted by this article, they shall have the following meanings:
Board of appeals and board of survey mean the board of adjustment as created under the zoning ordinance of the city in appendix A to this Code.
Corporation counsel means city counselor.
