Fulton Abandoning domestic animals ordinance (§ 14-15)
Chapter 14: Animals · Article I. In General
Any person abandoning any domestic animal in the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 14-3 for each animal so abandoned.
