Fulton Exhibiting certain male animals in indecent manner; breeding ordinance (§ 14-14)
Chapter 14: Animals · Article I. In General
No person shall, within the city, exhibit in an indecent manner any stallion, jack, bull, boar or ram or cause or permit any such animal to be let to any animal of the opposite sex, unless the animals are in some enclosed shed or stable and entirely out of public view and hearing.
