Chapter 114: Utilities · Article IV. Sewers and Sewage Disposal

When a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available, a building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system which shall be constructed and operated in accordance with the provisions of the department of natural resources and the ordinances of the city.
