Fulton Special agreements ordinance (§ 114-205)
Chapter 114: Utilities · Article IV. Sewers and Sewage Disposal
Nothing in this division shall prevent any agreement or arrangement between the city and an industrial concern whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the city for treatment, subject to payment therefore, by the industrial concern.
