Fulton Definitions ordinance (§ 110-376)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article VII. Stopping, Standing and Parking
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Parking space designated for use only by the physically disabled means any parking space that meets the requirements of the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, and any rules or regulations established pursuant thereto including RSMo 301.143.
Physically disabled shall have the same meaning as RSMo 301.142.
