Fulton Use of funds ordinance (§ 110-364)

The fee required to be deposited in parking meters as provided in this division is levied to cover the cost of inspection, installation, operation, control and use of the parking spaces and parking meters described in this division and to cover the cost of checking and regulating the parking of vehicles in parking spaces and for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment to control traffic and for use in the alleviation of traffic conditions.
