Fulton Parking on municipal lot near city hall ordinance (§ 110-343)

(a) It shall be unlawful to park dual-wheeled or heavy duty trucks on the municipally owned parking lot which is located between Court Street and Market Street and south of city hall. Private passenger vehicles, pickups and vans may park on the municipal lot.

(b) Other vehicles may be parked on such lot at the direction of the police department when emergencies require such parking.
