Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article VII. Stopping, Standing and Parking
No vehicles except public school buses shall be parked at the junction of Tenth Street and Grand Street as follows: On the north side of East Tenth Street from Grand Street east to Vine Street, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This section shall be effective on days when school is in session.
