Fulton Liability for towing and storage charges ordinance (§ 110-311)
Chapter 110: Traffic and Vehicles · Article VII. Stopping, Standing and Parking
The violator of any parking regulation of the city shall be responsible for the towing and storage fee when the illegally parked vehicle is towed in, pursuant to RSMo 300.595.
