Fulton Inspection ordinance (§ 102-83)
Chapter 102: Subdivisions · Article IV. Required Minimum Improvements
All of the improvements required in this article shall be subject to inspection and approval of the city engineer, who shall be notified by the subdivider at least 24 hours prior to the start of construction.
