Fulton Standards for construction ordinance (§ 102-82)
Chapter 102: Subdivisions · Article IV. Required Minimum Improvements
All improvements required under this chapter shall be constructed in accordance with the accepted design standards and plan requirements of this chapter, the standards and specifications as approved by the city engineer and, where applicable, the requirements and authorization of the appropriate state agency or utility company.
