Fulton Fees ordinance (§ 10-67)

A separate license shall be required for each place of business operating under this division and the annual charges for each license shall be as follows:

(1) For the privilege of manufacturing and the sale by the manufacturer of nonintoxicating beer, $375.00.

(2) For the privilege of selling in the city by a distributor or wholesaler other than the manufacturer or brewer thereof of nonintoxicating beer, $75.00.

(3) For the privilege of the sale of nonintoxicating beer for consumption on the premises where sold, $37.50. This license shall also permit the sale of nonintoxicating beer in the original package direct to consumers but not for resale.

(4) For the privilege of selling nonintoxicating beer by grocers and other merchants and dealers in the original package direct to the consumer but not for resale, $22.50.

(5) For the privilege of selling to duly authorized wholesalers and soliciting orders for the sale of nonintoxicating beer, $75.00.
