Fulton Application, form and contents ordinance (§ 10-66)

Chapter 10: Alcoholic Beverages · Article II. Licenses

Any person desiring to secure a license under this division to sell nonintoxicating beer shall make application in duplicate to the city clerk in writing and under oath, a copy of which application shall be delivered to the chief of police. Such application shall state the same information as required by section 10-33.
