Fulton Same—Clerk's duties ordinance (§ 1-8)
Chapter 1: General Provisions
The city clerk shall keep the seal of the city in his office and shall affix the seal to all instruments of writing of whatsoever nature, whenever required by ordinance, resolution or order of the city council or at the request of the mayor.
