Fulton Seal—Device; form and size ordinance (§ 1-7)
Chapter 1: General Provisions
The device of the seal of the city shall be a bare arm and hand holding a hammer, and the seal shall be so engraved as to represent by its impression on such device surrounded by a double circle in which shall be the words "City of Fulton," "seal." The seal shall be circular and two inches in diameter, and all as designed and in use by the city.
