Fayette Penalty ordinance (§ 225.640)
Chapter 225: Parks, Recreation and Trees · Article III. Trees and Tree Board
Violation of this Article shall be an ordinance violation punishable under the general penalty provisions of the City as set forth in Chapter 100, Article III, of this Code.
