Fayette Certification and Insurance ordinance (§ 225.630)

Chapter 225: Parks, Recreation and Trees · Article III. Trees and Tree Board

Tree technicians must carry evidence of liability insurance and Workers' Compensation. No certification shall be required by any public employee doing such work in the pursuit of their public service endeavors.
