Fayette Impoundment of Rabies Suspects ordinance (§ 205.230)

Chapter 205: Animals and Fowl · Article III. Impoundment

Any dog suspected of being afflicted with rabies, which has bitten any person and caused an abrasion of the skin, shall be seized and impounded in accordance with Section 205.240.
