Fayette Maternity/Paternity Leave ordinance (§ 125.720)
Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article VI. Leaves
A parent expecting a baby, who has completed the introductory (probationary) period, may be granted maternity leave without pay for a period not to exceed six (6) months. This includes the adoption of a child.
