Fayette No-Smoking/Tobacco Use ordinance (§ 125.440)

A. To provide a safe and healthy environment for employees, all City of Fayette buildings, vehicles, and equipment are designated "smoke free." No smoking and/or use of tobacco products/paraphernalia will be permitted in City of Fayette buildings, vehicles, and equipment owned/leased and/or controlled by the City of Fayette.

B. Smoking and/or use of tobacco product/paraphernalia are prohibited in City of Fayette buildings, vehicles, and equipment owned by the City of Fayette.
