Fayette Outside Employment ordinance (§ 125.420)
Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article V. Specific Rules and Regulations
No regular full-time City employee shall accept outside employment when such employment conflicts or interferes or is likely to conflict or interfere with any of the employee's municipal duties. No employee shall engage in private employment when such employment creates a conflict of interest with their official duties.
