C. The City of Fayette:

1. Prohibits the use of all illegal drugs;

2. Requires that employees not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal use of drugs at the workplace;

3. Requires that all employees behave in conformance with all requirements as established by the Act;

4. Will hold an employee who engages in the illegal use of drugs or who is an alcoholic to the same qualification standards for employment or job performance and behavior that other employees are held to.
