Fayette Positions Excluded under the Personnel Administration System ordinance (§ 125.030)

A. The following positions are not intended to be covered or included under the Personnel Administration System:

1. Elected City Officials and Board of Aldermen;

2. Members of appointive boards, commissions and committees not engaged in work for the City;

3. Persons engaged under contracts, as an independent contractor, to supply professional or technical services for a definite period of time;

4. Volunteers of the Fayette Fire Department;

5. Such other positions as may be excluded hereafter by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Fayette by ordinance enacted by them so long as such exclusion is not in violation of State or Federal law.
