Fayette No Contract, Neither Expressed nor Implied ordinance (§ 125.020)

The use of a policy manual does not expressly nor by implication suggest a contractual relationship between the City of Fayette and its employees. This manual's contents may be changed at any time without prior notice. Its use is that of a fair and equitable guide to employment practices in the City of Fayette and the contents, whole or in part, are subject to revision at any time. This policy is not intended to change, abrogate or diminish the City of Fayette as an employer "at will" or to change or abrogate an employee's status as an employee "at will."
