Fayette Vacation ordinance (§ 120.590)
Chapter 120: City Officials · Article VII. City Marshal
The City Marshal shall accumulate vacation and sick leave in the same manner and at the same rate as other employees of the City of Fayette as provided for in the duly adopted personnel policies and procedures of said City.
