Fayette To Maintain Telephone at Residence ordinance (§ 120.580)
Chapter 120: City Officials · Article VII. City Marshal
The City Marshal shall maintain an operational telephone in his/her place of residence. The address and phone number must be communicated immediately to the Mayor, City Administrator, members of the Board of Aldermen, and all members of the local police force, firefighting force, ambulance service, and City Hall staff.
