Fayette City Administrator or City Clerk, Additional Duties ordinance (§ 120.150)

A. The City Administrator or City Clerk shall be responsible for disbursing money to pay the obligations of the City when:

1. The purchase or expense was budgeted or otherwise authorized by the Board of Aldermen; and

2. The amount of the invoice is less than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).

B. The City Administrator or City Clerk shall provide to the Board of Aldermen at each Board meeting a report showing all payments made since the last meeting.
