Columbia Authority preserved ordinance (§ 24-212)

Subject to provisions of RSMo. §§ 67.5110 through 67.5121 while in effect, and applicable federal law the city shall continue to preserve and exercise all powers of zoning, land use, planning, aesthetic preservation, protection of public health and safety, and exercise of permitting authority within its boundaries including with respect to wireless support structures and utility poles unless specifically barred by state statute or federal law.
