Columbia Prior agreements ordinance (§ 24-211)
Chapter 24: Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places · Article XI. Construction and Deployment of Small Wireless
This article shall not nullify, amend or prohibit any mutual written agreements between the city and a wireless provider entered into prior to January 1, 2019, which shall remain in effect unless otherwise expressly prohibited by state or federal law.
