Columbia Cooperative purchasing ordinance (§ 2-472)

The purchasing agent is authorized to participate in cooperative purchasing programs with the United States or any agency of the United States; with the State of Missouri or any agency, municipality or political subdivision of the State of Missouri; with other states or any agency, municipality or political subdivision of any other state; or with any association of municipalities or political subdivisions; provided, that the cooperative purchasing program follows a competitive procurement process which meets, or exceeds, the minimum requirements of this code.
