Columbia Requests for proposals, request for qualifications, or request for expressions of interest ordinance (§ 2-471)

The purchasing agent may authorize a request for proposals (RFP), request for qualifications (RFQUAL), or request for expressions of interest (RFEI) process instead of issuing an RFB whenever the purchase or sale of supplies, materials, equipment, property, or services may be facilitated by such a process.
