Columbia Cultural activities enhancement program ordinance (§ 2-239)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article V. Boards and Commissions
(a) Upon the recommendation of the commission, the city manager is authorized to enter into agreements with local nonprofit arts organizations for cultural activities.
(b) No program shall receive more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per request. No local nonprofit arts organization shall receive more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in cultural activities enhancement program funding in any fiscal year.
(c) The cultural activities enhancement program is limited to the availability of funds appropriated for the program.
