Columbia Traffic box art program ordinance (§ 2-238)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article V. Boards and Commissions
(a) Upon the recommendation of the commission, the city manager is authorized to enter into agreements with artists for art on traffic boxes.
(b) No artist shall receive more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) in any fiscal year under this program and the program is limited to the availability of funds appropriated for the program.
