Columbia May, 2019 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.48)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

Tract 1

A tract of land containing 0.52 acres, more or less, located in the east half (E ½) of the west half (W ½) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of Section Ten (10), Township Forty-Eight

(48) North, Range Twelve (12) West, of the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian, in Boone County, Missouri, being shown and described as Tract One (1) of the survey recorded April 15, 1970 as Document No. 1800 in Book 388, Page 212, Records of Boone County, Missouri.

Tract 2

A tract of land containing 1.1 acres, more or less, located in the east half (E ½) of the west half (W ½) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of Section Ten (10), Township Forty-Eight

(48) North, Range Twelve (12) West, of the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian, in Boone County, Missouri, being

shown and described as Tract Two (2) of the survey recorded April 15, 1970 as Document No. 1800 in Book 388, Page 212, Records of Boone County, Missouri.

Tract 3

Tract One (1) of a survey recorded in Book 509, Page 997, Records of Boone County, Missouri, being located in the east half (E ½) of the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of Section 10, Township 48 North, Range 12 West, lying south of St. Charles Road.
