Columbia February, 2019 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.47)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A tract of land located in the North Half of Section 1, Township 47 North, Range 13 West, Boone County, Missouri and being the land shown in the surveys recorded in Book 279, Page 264 and Book 366, Page 507 and described in warranty deeds recorded in Book 285, Page 296 and Book 370, Page 121 and also the West 40 feet of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 1, lying south of the tract shown in the survey recorded in Book 279, Page 264 as described by the warranty deed recorded in Book 464, Page 567 and an irregular shaped tract described by the quit-claim deed recorded in Book 283, Page 356 and containing 16.9 acres in all.
