Boonville Replacing main connection ordinance (§ 21-31)
Chapter 21: Waters, Sewers and Solid Waste Disposal · Division 2. Pipes and Connections
If a consumer, having a connection with the mains, should desire to change the service or discontinue it or to take a new tap in the mains, the consumer shall expose the old corporation cock so that the employees of the board of public works may turn it off before the service will be given at the new connection. All expense shall be paid by the consumer.
